Robert Dick Contemporary Flute Week will take place in Switzerland from June 13-19, 2026. The week features workshops, educational sessions, and evening masterclasses exploring contemporary flute techniques and repertoire. Both performers and participants are welcome.

The UCF Summer Flute & Piccolo Institute will be held June 15-19, 2026, in Florida. Designed to educate and inspire young flutists, the program includes flute choir, daily masterclasses, and individual coaching. Registration closes June 9, 2026.

Wildacres Flute Retreat will be held June 20-27, 2026, near Asheville, North Carolina. The retreat offers masterclasses, technique classes, and performance opportunities in a supportive learning environment and is open to flutists of all levels.

The MPulse Flute Institute at the University of Michigan will take place June 28-July 4, 2026. Intended for serious high school flutists, the program offers instruction in tone, technique, intonation, vibrato, and musicianship. Registration is currently open on a rolling basis.

Bonita Boyd's International Flute Masterclass at the Eastman School of Music will be held June 29-July 3, 2026. The five-day intensive includes daily masterclasses, lectures on the music profession, and performance opportunities with Bonita Boyd and guest faculty.

The Tarnovia Summer Flute Festival will be held July 2-9, 2026, in Poland. Activities include concerts, masterclasses, chamber music, piccolo lessons, orchestral excerpts, historical flutes, flute beatboxing, wellness sessions, and self-management workshops led by an international faculty.

The Croatia Flute Academy will take place July 5-12, 2026. The academy offers a week of masterclasses, workshops, seminars, concerts, flute ensemble rehearsals, and performances with flutists from around the world. Registration is first come, first served.

Paolo Taballione's Summer Masterclass will be held July 5-10, 2026, in Italy. The course includes individual lessons on repertoire and interpretation, technical group sessions, ensemble work, and collaborative music-making. Applications close May 30, 2026.

The Vietnam International Flute Festival will be held July 23-28, 2026, and will feature artists Sebastian Jacot, Erin Bouriakov, Viviana Guzman, Tiong Eng Goh, Meixiang Park, Hiromitsu Abe, Rebecca Viora, and Naoko Ishibashi.

The World Flute Society Convention will take place July 29-August 2, 2026, at the University of Wisconsin. The convention includes workshops, performances, classes, and exhibits celebrating diverse flute traditions from around the world.

The 66th Weimar Master Classes will be held August 3-8, 2026, in Germany. Flutists will have the opportunity to study with Anna Garzuly-Wahlgren in an intensive international masterclass setting conducted in both German and English.

Chetham's Summer School will take place August 3-9, 2026, in the United Kingdom. Open to students ages 11-17 performing at ABRSM Grade 4 level or above, the program offers workshops, coaching, and musical activities without an audition requirement.

Marc Grauwels Flute Master Classes will be held August 8-14, 2026, in Belgium. Participants will work with Marc Grauwels on repertoire and performance while preparing concerts in Wavre. Registration deadlines are July 7 with a host family and August 1 without a host family.

Oxford Masterclasses will be held August 17-22, 2026. This career-focused intensive includes three masterclass performances and a public concert performance and is designed for advanced students, postgraduates, and young professional flutists.

The Dobrohoř Academy will take place August 28-September 2, 2026, in the Czech Republic. The highly selective program focuses on the interpretation of 20th- and 21st-century repertoire, with only three flutists admitted each year.

Hidden Valley Jazz Flute Master Class will be held August 30-September 4, 2026. Led by Ali Ryerson, the week-long intensive includes jazz flute masterclasses, improvisation training, and performance opportunities for advanced players.

Floot Fire Summer Camps and Soloist Competitions will offer a variety of events throughout Summer 2026. Programs are available for middle school, high school, and adult flutists and include masterclasses, chamber music, flute choir, electives, and competitive performance opportunities.

The International Flute Workshop (IFW) will be held July 13-18, 2026, in Toledo, Brazil. Participants receive private lessons, perform in masterclasses, play chamber music, and attend recitals with an international faculty. Applications are due June 1, 2026. The official website confirms an international artist roster, but the complete 2026 faculty list has not yet been published.

The Flute! Fundamentals Masterclass at the University of North Texas will be held July 17-19, 2026. Intended for performers and teachers, the course focuses on embouchure, breathing, tone production, phrasing, articulation, vibrato, and pedagogy. Faculty include Mary Karen Clardy.

The Cluj International Masterclasses will be held July 17-24, 2026, in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Open to flute and clarinet players worldwide, the program is hosted by the National Academy of Music “Gheorghe Dima.” Applications are due May 18, 2026. The complete 2026 flute faculty roster has not yet been published.

The Tampere Flute Fest Masterclasses will take place in Finland in 2026. Youth and Advanced Masterclasses are available for students ages 12-17 and flutists 18 and older. Participation is by video audition. Confirmed festival artists and masterclass teachers include Mario Caroli, Noemi Györi, Cobus du Toit, Nicola Mazzanti, and Laëtitia Brault. Additional featured artists include Gareth McLearnon, Jan Krzeszowiec, and Lucy Rubin.

The Master Class Flute of the International Mendelssohn Festival will be held September 17-23, 2026. The course includes four lessons and a final student recital. The instructor is Patrick Gallois, and applications are due June 15, 2026.

The 15th Slovenian Flute Festival will take place September 19-20, 2026, in Zagorje ob Savi, Slovenia. The biennial festival includes performances, masterclasses, and educational events with an international roster of artists. The festival website currently confirms nine international artists, but the complete 2026 artist roster has not yet been published.

The Adams Pro Flute Academy will be held October 16-18, 2026, in Ittervoort, The Netherlands. Open to young talents, conservatory students, and professionals, the academy includes six masterclasses over three days. Artist-teachers include Ulla Miilmann, Anna Garzuly-Wahlgren, and Michel Bellavance. Admission is by audition video.
